There are very few questions that Sidney Ponson is the right answer to. Who can fill a long term void in the Yankee rotation is certainly not one of those questions. He got the Yankees through some innings yesterday while avoiding any damage but he was far from impressive. David Cone even said " Looks like the same Sidney Ponson we have always seen." And who is he?

He also holds a career whip of 1.466. Ponson is no answer and lets hope the Yankees realize that. Personally, I would rather give Giese or Rasner the chance to turn it around and send Sir Sidney packing.
