I'm warning you...in 2009 Carl Pavano will sign a 1 year deal with someone like the Giants or the Dodgers and win 15 games with an ERA of about 3.50.
Be ready for it so you don't climb the nearest clock tower!

Somehow I have trouble seeing Pavano ever pitch for Torre. But I whole-heartedly agree with that prediction otherwise. In fact I'll take it a step further. The following season some team gives him a 2-3 yr deal and he doesn't make it out of the first month.
